SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION 

Bhai Gurdas Academy extends transportation services through its own fleet of vehicles for the convenience of students, ensuring safe and reliable conveyance to and from the school. It is important for parents/guardians to adhere to certain guidelines regarding the utilization of this facility:

• Responsibility of Parents/Guardians: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their wards reach the designated stoppages of the school vehicles on time and are picked up from the same points at the end of the school day.

• No Partial Month Facility: The transportation facility is provided on a monthly basis, and there is no provision for availing it for only a part of the month. Parents/guardians are charged for the entire month regardless of the number of days their wards utilize the transportation service.

• No One-Way Travel: The transportation service is provided for both to and from school. There is no option for one-way travel.

• Charges Based on Distance: The charges for availing the transportation service vary according to the distance covered. May be revised with the change of diesel prices

• Cancellation of Facility: If parents/guardians wish to discontinue the transportation facility for their wards, they must submit a formal application to the principal for cancellation.

These guidelines are put in place to ensure smooth operation of the transportation service and to facilitate effective communication between the school and parents/guardians regarding transportation arrangements for students.
